Exchange Workshop on Capacity Building and Policy Integration Needs Assessments Held

Exchange Workshop on Capacity Building and Policy Integration Needs Assessments was held on May 8th at the Hotel Iberostar Bellevue Bečići, in Budva, Montenegro.The purpose of the Western Balkans exchange workshop on Capacity Building and Policy Integration Needs Assessments workshop was to encourage the regional information exchange and to present the existing situation in the participating countries/territories in relation to the existing mechanisms on policy integrations, as well as identified topics/needs where further improvements are needed.

UNDP WBREP Consultant Hristina Stevanović Čarapina said that the situation in the Region was not superb. She thinks that there is the lack of administrative capacies and knowledge, and it will take a lot more work and learning. She also believes that the environmental protection should be included at all the levels of social action and life in the Western Balkans.
