Western Balkans Environment Programe

Regional Programme Management Unit announces the Request for Proposals (RfP) for development of the Data Base of Practitioners in the framework of the Western Balkans Environmental Programme.  Main aim of creating regional Data Base of Practitioners is to:

• Provide access to the roster of practitioners/experts related to remediation of environmental hot spots from all participating countries/territories;
• To enable the practitioners/experts from the Western Balkans countries/territories to offer their services in the region and wider and 
• To promote free access to information. 

The Data Base of Practitioners should be designed to reflect a consistent, strong Programme-wide identity, while embracing the individual character and goals of each Programme segment.

The offers, comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 11th  September 2008, 17:00h:
